The Blue Stars Drum & Bugle Corps is excited to announce the outstanding team of designers and educators that will be leading the organization during the 2023 season. Leading the design efforts for the upcoming year will be:

"Michael Shapiro, in his fifteenth season with the corps, continues to innovate and lead our organization’s creative output to produce unique and entertaining productions. We can’t wait to see where he and the designers take us for the upcoming season.“
The Blue Stars welcomes to the team Tony Nuñez as Battery Arranger/Composer and Greg Power as Battery Caption Head. For the Front Ensemble, we’re pleased to welcome back Matthew Hernandez as Front Ensemble Arranger/Composer and welcome to the organization Michael Kern and Brianne Kikuchi as Co-Front Ensemble Managers. They join a team of familiar faces leading our world-class instructional teams:
“I’m very excited to see this design and instructional team work with the performers to create a unique and exceptional production in 2023,” said Corps Director Brad Harris. “Our 2023 performers can expect a world class drum corps experience provided in large part by the educational expertise and creativity of the Design Team and Caption Heads!”

The Blue Stars will be holding auditions for the 2023 season at various locations across the United States. Fill out a Membership Interest Form to be the first to know when the dates and locations are finalized and audition registrations are live.
