The La Crosse Blue Stars completed their 2003 season undefeated in DCI Division 3 competition with a decisive victory over the rest of the field at the DCI division 2/3 championships in Orlando, Florida.

The Blue Stars won caption awards for Visual Performance, Brass Performance, and Overall General Effect. This championship is the fourth in the Blue Stars history (1989, 1993, 2001, 2003). This year also marked the 17th straight division 2/3 finals appearance for the Blue Stars, a new record for division 2 and 3 corps.
