SCHEDULE: Check-In will take place from 6:00-8:00PM on March 20 and the camp will conclude by 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 22.

HOUSING: Facilities are provided at the fairgrounds for members to sleep. Attendees should bring a sleeping bag, air mattress, or other type of sleeping pad and pillow.

CAMP PACKING LIST

SHUTTLES: Transportation to and from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is provided. Shuttle requests are to be submitted via the March Camp RSVP (coming soon) to communicate the date/time of arrivals/departures .

When booking a flight, please aim to arrive by 5:00 PM EST on 3/20 and to depart after 6:00 PM EST on 3/22 to attend the full duration of camp. Depending on your schedule and flight costs, we understand this may not be an option, so please aim to arrive to IND as soon as possible on Friday, March 20, 2026.

Regardless of your arrival/departure times, shuttles will run all weekend to ensure all members requiring a shuttle arrive to and from camp safely.

EQUIPMENT: Blue Stars Yamaha Brass inventory will be available for member use. Bring your mouthpiece.

FULL DRUM CORPS CAMP: Color Guard Callbacks take place at the April Camp.
